Dear Parents,
We want to bring to your attention several upcoming events around helping you and your student prepare for a successful high school experience.
On January 14, 2025, all 8th grade students will travel
to the support department complex during the school day to participate in a CCSD Pathway Fair.
This experience will allow students the opportunity to learn about all CTAE and Fine Arts pathways available in high school. Permission slips will be sent home with students tomorrow, Thursday January 9th, and should be returned no later than Monday, January 13th, by 3 PM to their homeroom teacher.
Next, please mark your calendars for Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., for the annual Rising Freshmen Night for Students and Parents at Grovetown High School.
During this event, parents and students of the graduating Class of 2029 are invited to learn about the full high school experience, explore courses and pathway options, learn about extracurricular activities, and more. Students will have the opportunity to explore the high school where they will soon be attending as a freshman.
